Oaklins Evelyn Partners has announced the appointment of Mark Brockway as a corporate finance partner in its London office.
Brockway’s appointment builds on the firm’s growth over the last three years, which has seen the corporate finance team double.
The group also has plans for further substantial growth.
Brockway has joined the firm from Cooper Parry Corporate Finance where he spent two years as a partner.
Previously, he worked in EY’s corporate finance team for more than 16 years, and latterly as head of London mid-market M&A.
He brings a focus on the tech-enabled services sector, as well as “considerable” experience of transactions with private equity investors.
Stuart Goodman, partner in the corporate finance team at Oaklins Evelyn Partners, said: “Mark is a fantastic addition to the corporate finance team and brings with him a wealth of experience. His joining further helps accelerate the strong growth Oaklins Evelyn Partners has experienced over the last few years and brings further expertise to the team to continue delivering great outcomes for our clients.”
Brockway added: “I’m excited to be joining the Oaklins Evelyn Partners’ team in London and helping to drive the next phase of growth for the business and clients.”
