Deloitte will welcome approximately 1,200 new people to its graduate BrightStart apprenticeship and industrial placement programmes.

During the first week, the new joiners will take part in an induction programme, which will include an introduction to the firm’s purpose, shared values, sustainability and climate goals as well as the importance of diversity and inclusion

In addition, a further 200 graduates will join in December 2024.

The firm’s graduate programme ranked number 4 in the latest Times Top 100 Graduate Employers and Deloitte was also ranked in this year’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.

The early career programmes offer technical training opportunities and professional qualifications.

In July, the firm hosted its second Early Careers Week, a week of virtual events dedicated to the professional development of those on the graduate programmes as well as its BrightStart apprentices and work placement students.

Jackie Henry, managing partner for people and purpose at Deloitte, said: “At Deloitte we’re always very proud of the graduates, apprentices and those who have arrived at the firm on a work placement – the positive impact they have can’t be understated, bringing fresh approaches and new ideas to make a real impact for our clients and our firm.

“As a Deloitte graduate myself, I know that from day one, they will have the chance to build on the skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing world of work. I look forward to speaking to as many as I can at the induction event as we welcome the next generation into our workplace.”
