Mobius Investment Trust has announced last week (8 August) that Johnston Carmichael will take over as the company’s auditor from PwC for the financial year ending 30 November 2024.

According to Mobius, the decision to appoint Johnston Carmichael follows a “competitive” tender process that was led by its audit committee.

Johnston Carmichael’s appointment as auditor of Mobius for the following financial year will be proposed to shareholders for approval at the company’s next Annual General Meeting, set for April 2025.

PwC has confirmed that there are no matters connected with its ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the company.
