BKL has become the newest member of DFK UKI, a national group within the DFK International global alliance, following its merger with existing member Wilson Wright.

DFK International is a global alliance of accounting firms across 465 member offices and 90 countries.

According to BKL, DFK’s network and global reach strengthens its ability to support expanding clients with international ambitions and operations. DFK members share an extensive and diverse base of international expertise across multiple jurisdictions.

Having recently joined forces with Wilson Wright, an existing member of DFK International, BKL now has a team of over 400 experts with a forecast turnover for the current financial year of £55m.

Bill Wright, executive director at DFK International, welcomed BKL’s membership.

Lee Brook, CEO at BKL, said: “Our clients increasingly require support for overseas growth. DFK International’s shared values of personalised service, high-quality advice, and strong client relationships make them the ideal partner.

“Wilson Wright has already demonstrated the benefits of DFK’s global reach and dedication to excellence. Together, BKL and Wilson Wright are excited to build further connections and provide a broader range of services to our international clients.”

Wright added: “BKL’s reputation for client service, strong relationships, and commitment to sustainability makes them a perfect fit for DFK. As a Top 50 firm and Certified B Corporation, BKL will bring valuable expertise that will continue to bring value to our growing association.”

Mark Ashfield, chair of DFK UKI, concluded: “We’re absolutely delighted to have BKL join the DFK UKI alliance. Their impressive growth and experience make an excellent addition to the association. We’re excited to collaborate together.”
