Crowe has bolstered its Business Solutions team with the appointment of Diviya Ramaiya as partner.
Ramaiya has more than 20 years’ experience providing business advice and support to companies and groups in the UK and abroad.
Her primary areas of focus within the Business Solutions team is Real Estate and Professional Practices, and she also works with Insurance Brokers, Fashion, Retail and Energy companies as well as Social Purpose organisations.
She provides management advisory services, guidance on systems and process improvements with the aim of reducing operational costs with provision of real-time data, on-site finance teams and resourcing, and day-to-day corporate compliance services for owner managed businesses, limited liability partnerships, venture capital and private equity backed clients.
Ramaiya also supports Crowe’s equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and is a Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) champion.
Her appointment follows the firm’s recent announcement in April of four new partner promotions to Corporate Audit, Business Solutions and Social Purpose and Non Profit and the external appointment of Alex Houston as partner within its Forensics team.
Ramaiya said: “I am committed to helping shape the future of this incredible firm as I begin my new role. I feel proud to work with so many talented colleagues in helping clients to navigate their UK operational and compliance obligations. I am excited to continue delivering first-class services to our clients and further the development of the Business Solutions team.”
Nigel Bostock, CEO at Crowe, added: “At a time where trusted advisors are needed most to provide effective services and advice to allow for business growth and profitability in these tough economic times, Diviya has been an enormous asset to the team and her clients throughout her time at Crowe. I am so pleased to welcome Diviya to the firm’s partnership.”
