Moore has announced the promotion of Gemma Roger and Robert Pluck to partner positions at its Peterborough office.
Roger and Pluck joined the firm as trainees in the audit and accounts department, and have demonstrated “exceptional” dedication, skill, and leadership during their time with the firm.
Both are also qualified auditors, with a proven track record of delivering results for clients across a range of sectors.
Roger specialises in providing internal and external audit services to the education sector. Additionally, she provides accountancy and advisory services to businesses of all sizes, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, Pluck brings more than 20 years of extensive audit experience, having worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and UK subsidiaries of overseas groups.
Geoff Norman, joint managing partner at Moore East Midlands, said: “Congratulations to Gemma and Robert on their promotions which are a testament to their exceptional experience, in-depth knowledge and the excellent service they provide to their clients.
“It’s been a pleasure to watch their careers develop as they’ve progressed throughout the firm from trainees right through to partners, and these promotions underscore our commitment to nurturing talent and recognising individuals who demonstrate exceptional capabilities and leadership qualities.”
He added: “This is an exciting time of growth for the firm, and having Gemma and Robert on the senior leadership team sets us in good stead for the future.”
