PKF Francis Clark expands Bristol corporate tax team
Rhiannon Baynham, Robert Waterhouse and Joe Martin have joined the team

PKF Francis Clark has bolstered its corporate tax team with three recent appointments at the firm’s Bristol office.Senior manager Rhiannon Baynham has joined from HMRC, where she spent eight years working as an international and corporate tax specialist focusing on large corporates and mid-sized businesses.
The firm said she brings “extensive experience” of HMRC enquiries and the behavioural penalty regime, complex corporation tax issues, tax compliance, UK tax assurance rules and international tax, as well as transfer pricing and double taxation relief.
Meanwhile, Robert Waterhouse is a manager specialising in R&D tax credits and corporate tax, having previously spent five years with ForrestBrown. He supports clients in a wide variety of sectors, including engineering, manufacturing and software, to prepare suitable tax credit claims by reviewing, defining and quantifying their R&D projects.
Finally, Joe Martin has joined as an assistant manager from KPMG, where he worked on client tax governance, compliance and advisory. He previously spent eight years at HMRC specialising in a range of taxes, from corporation tax and customs to employment taxes and income tax.
