Chartered accountants and tax advisers BKL has announced the expansion of its private client service with the appointment of new trust director Ryan Bevan.

Bevan’s expertise covers all areas of trusts, with specialisms in offshore trusts, non-UK trustees, landed estates, employment related trusts and the HMRC Trust Registration Service.

He joins BKL from Deloitte, with over a decade of experience advising “high net worth” individuals, “large” multinational trustees and families.

Bevan’s specialisms include offshore trusts, non-UK trustees, and landed estates, employment related trusts and the HMRC Trust Registration Service.

He is the newest member of BKL’s dedicated trusts and estates team, joining BKL’s first director of trusts, Lindsay House.

Bevan said: “I’m excited to join BKL and to become part of their trust and family wealth specialisms. I’m looking forward to getting to know my colleagues in the private client team and beyond, while widening opportunities to support clients and their plans.”

Geraint Jones, BKL partner and head of Private Client Tax, added: “A growing number of private clients are coming to BKL in search of a service where in-depth technical expertise also comes with a personal, human interest. We’re delighted to welcome Ryan, adding to our trust team’s considerable experience and enabling us to help even more clients and their families.”
