ING to name Deloitte as new external auditor at 2024 AGM
Under European and Dutch legislation, ING is required to change its auditor at regular intervals
Dutch bank ING has announced that it will propose to its 2024 AGM on 22 April the appointment of Deloitte as its next external auditor for a term of four years, commencing on 1 January 2026.
