Hentons has received three nominations at the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards and was shortlisted in the categories ‘Mid-Tier Firm of the Year’; ‘Brand of the Year’; and ‘Corporate Finance Service Award.

These categories have been designed to “acknowledge the entire spectrum of the accounting profession”, from small independent and mid-tier firms to the Big Four. They also encompass a wide range of individual and team awards, to scrutinise, recognise, and reward the very best of the practices of the region.

Peter Watson, MD at Hentons, said: “We have consistently raised our standards, delivering a high level of service to each of our clients. Being recognised is a testament to our commitment to excellence. We are honoured to be considered among the top performers in the industry.”

Olly Dixon, client services and marketing manager at Hentons, said: “We are honoured to receive the ‘Brand of the Year’ nomination at the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards. We believe that a robust brand extends beyond a name or logo; our new brand is a reflection of our people, and it encompasses the values we embrace, the excellence of our services, and the confidence our clients place in us.”

Chris Sellars, head of corporate finance at Hentons, added: “The ‘Corporate Finance Service Award’ nomination is a reflection of our commitment to delivering successful transactions for our clients, our commitment to growth, across Yorkshire and the wider Hentons network and our drive to deliver best in class service across both M&A and transaction services.”

The Yorkshire Accountancy Awards ceremony is set to take place on 22 February at the Royal Armouries Museum, New Dock – Leeds’s largest banqueting and exhibition venue.
