FRP has recently announced the appointment of two new partners to its London City and West End teams.

Victoria Kisseleva joins the West End office as a partner in the corporate finance team after a 20-year career in international finance, private equity and investment banking.

Kisseleva has a particular specialism in the beauty and wellness industry, most recently as an independent consultant providing strategic advice to private equity, venture funds and independent companies, and will be working to help expand FRP’s footprint in the sector.

Jonathan Wheatcroft joins the London City office as a partner in the forensic services team, bringing 20 years of experience, having worked on high-profile and sensitive fraud, bribery and financial crime projects, across multiple jurisdictions.

He joins from PwC UK where he was a forensic accountant and investigations specialist working closely with clients and their legal advisers to develop and deliver investigation strategies, as well as advising on their anti-bribery programmes and wider fraud risk management.

Earlier in the year, FRP announced 12 partner promotions, alongside 72 promotions firmwide.

Jeremy French, chief operating officer at FRP, said: “These latest appointments highlight our ability to attract some of our respective industries’ best and brightest, as we work to expand our offering and enhance our teams in London and across the country.

“We continue to invest in our people to support our ongoing growth and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients – helping them make their strategic ambitions a reality, while creating opportunities for our colleagues to progress and build successful careers.”

French continued: “The breadth and depth of skills and experience we now have across the firm means we are well placed to deliver for our clients across each of our connected service pillars – corporate finance, restructuring advisory, debt advisory, financial advisory and forensic services – at a critical time for UK businesses.”
