Hazlewoods’ corporate finance team and BPE Solicitors’ corporate team recently advised FAUN Zoeller UK, a specialist manufacturer and supplier of municipal waste management vehicles and systems, on its acquisition of Manchester-based C.P. Davidson and Sons Ltd.
The acquisition of C.P. Davidson and Sons, a ‘Mercedes-Benz qualified partner’, fits in to FAUN Zoeller UK’s strategic plan for the UK market, as they bring with them more than 60 years of British manufacturing and engineering expertise within the municipal vehicle industry.
The accounting firm’s corporate team has worked with the company for many years prior to its acquisition and has provided due diligence and advice on this transaction.
Meanwhile, the corporate team at BPE Solicitors, led by head of corporate Adam Kean with assistance from associate Ben Adams, oversaw the legal elements of the acquisition, advising FAUN Zoeller UK on the transaction documents.
