PKF has announced that its member firms across the globe have recently been honoured for creating “exemplary” workspaces, with PKF Francis Clark in the South West of England being named one of the UK’s best workplaces for wellbeing by Great Place to Work.
The global authority on workplace culture’s accolade followed a detailed employee survey that asked staff across all departments and seniority levels to comment on how the company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security.
The firm was also recognised as a great place to work in Texas and Chicago within the US, Germany and Belgium in Europe, and Singapore in Asia.
Amy Taylor, chief people officer at PKF Francis Clark, said: “Health and wellbeing is hugely important to us, so we’re very proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing.
“We’ve invested in lots of initiatives to support the wellbeing of our people – like our Wellbeing Wednesdays and a comprehensive package of benefits, including free access to confidential counselling and an online GP service – and we’re actively looking at what more we can do.”
The firm congratulates all of its member firms who “are living our values and investing in our people”, and encourages them to keep up this fantastic work.
