Saffery Champness has revealed it provided financial due diligence services to Frog Capital Limited on its equity investment in Clue Computing Company Limited (Clue).

The company is a SaaS business selling subscriptions to its own proprietary ‘Clue’ software, as well as supporting services relating to the implementation and use of this software. Clue software is a tool to manage investigations, combining case management, searching, reporting, and analytical tools for investigators.

Saffery Champness said the recent investment will provide capital to support the “ambitious growth strategy” of Clue across the next five years.

Saffery Champness partner, Neil Davies, said: “We were delighted to assist in this deal and look forward to seeing the growth and development of Clue over the next few years, in what is such an important and exciting industry.”
