ReSolve sells assets of Lignia Wood Company to Accsys
Lignia began commercial production and sales in 2019 however, its sales were impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic and it entered administration on 20 April 2021
Advisory firm ReSolve has announced the sale of the brand names, physical and intellectual property assets of Lignia Wood Company out of administration to Accoya Color UK Limited, a subsidiary of Accsys Technologies PLC (Accsys).
