Sterling Finance, a certified public accountancy group, has acquired YD Associates for an undisclosed amount.
YD Associates, which is based in Ashton-under-Lyne area, has now combined with Sterling, and as part of the deal aim to “provide comprehensive accountancy, taxation and corporate business advisory services that will better serve its customers’ financial needs”.
Sterling Finance LTD operates from three offices across both the UK and India, with locations in Manchester, London and Mumbai.
