FLB Accountants has expanded into a larger office in Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, following “continued” growth and team expansion.

The accountancy firm, which employs 60 people in its offices has doubled its property size, taking a 10-year lease at Winnersh Triangle.

The deal, which was negotiated by property consultancy firm Vail Williams on behalf of the landlords, Frasers Property, will see the FLP Accountants occupy the 6,400 sq ft office space just metres up the road from their existing office at 150 Wharfedale Road.

Gary Bell, partner at FLB Accountants said: “Over the past year we have continued to grow rapidly and expand our team to over 60 staff. As a result, we have taken larger space in Winnersh Triangle for our head office location. We are also in the process of selecting additional premises in the West End of London.

“Our recent integration of 30 accountants from a leading private equity firm provides us with unrivalled expertise in the media and infrastructure sectors, providing bespoke support to private equity and venture capital firms.”

He added: “In the next 12 months we plan to continue to grow our general practice client base through organic growth and the acquisition of several smaller practices.”
