Evelyn Partners has announced the appointment of Annabel Kerley, a partner specialising in investigations, as the firm’s new head of fraud and financial crime in a step to “strengthen” its forensic services team.
It is reported that she is a fellow of the ICAEW and a former senior investigator at the SFO and FCA. Kerly also johns from boutique forensic firm StoneTurn where she founded the London investigations practise.
In addition, hse has led investigations into asset misappropriation, employee misconduct, financial misstatement, sanctions breaches, market abuse and misleading statements in civil, regulatory and criminal contexts.
In her new role, Kerley will be responsible for building and growing the firm’s forensic services practices, working closely with David Alexander, the head of forensic services, and John Holden, the head of forensic technology.
