PrimeGlobal has announced that Michelle Arnold will retire from her role as regional executive director for North America, effective from 28 February 2022.

The firm said, although the PrimeGlobal staff and members will be sad to see her go from this position, Arnold leaves a “fantastic” legacy. In North America, PrimeGlobal has grown to be the third largest association, with Arnold recruiting over thirty firms and inspiring a highly committed membership.

During the nine years she has worked at PrimeGlobal, she has built “strong and enduring” relationships with both the team at the association and with the members.

Arnold said: “A highlight of my PrimeGlobal tenure has undoubtedly been working with member firms around the world. The inclusive culture of the organisation and the diversity of our members created a rare opportunity for personal understanding, collaboration, and lasting friendships.”

Stephen Heathcote, CEO of PrimeGlobal, added: “Over the last nine years, Michelle’s leadership has been transformational. She has inspired a highly engaged community of members and driven 200% growth.”

Michelle’s successor will be Maureen Dilmore who currently leads the accounting association DFK and has “extensive” experience of supporting members and providing fantastic member service. Dilmore will transition into the regional executive director role on 1 March 2022.
