PCF bank has revealed that MacIntyre Hudson has been appointed as the newest auditor for the group.

The appointment follows the decision by former auditor EY who stated its intention to resign and the completion of a competitive tender process.

Approval of the appointment will be sought at the general meeting which is proposed to be convened on Friday, 4 February 2022.

As part of the auditor resignation process, EY said it has notified the group of “certain matters” that it considers need to be brought to the attention of its members and creditors.

The group said it will be sending out a separate notification detailing those to shareholders in early January as it is required to by Companies House.

Meanwhile, PCF’s shares will remain suspended from trading with the company due soon to provide a further update on this and the publication of the half-year results for the six months ending 31 March 2021.
