LPA Group Plc has announced the appointment of Andrew Jenner as its newest non-executive director (NED), who will join the board with effect 1 September 2021.

Jenner is an experienced CFO and non-executive director having held senior positions in a number of public and privately held companies.

He has also worked in different sectors including manufacturing, services, engineering, rail and construction.

Since February 2018 he has been CFO of Petainer, a manufacturer of sustainable plastic packaging for the drinks industry worldwide.

He also was a NED and audit committee chair of Galliford Try plc, and a NED at E.W. Beard, as well as CFO at Serco Group plc and CFO at Global Office Group.

Jenner holds a BSc in accounting from the University of Hull and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
