Hentons, a national chartered accountancy, tax specialist and advisory firm, has made two promotions at its Sheffield office – appointing Anthony Hamilton to director and Olivia Broadhead to manager.

Hamilton joined Hentons almost two years ago and has been “instrumental” in growing the digital offering at the firm. He has worked across all five of Hentons’ offices to deliver a “fully integrated” and “future proof” client focussed business offering.

Meanwhile, Broadhead has eight years’ experience as a client focused accountant. Her areas of specialty include financial accounting, VAT, tax, HMRC issues and cloud accounting software.

Tim Baum-Dixon, partner at Hentons, said: “Anthony leads from the front and has brought in several larger clients whilst managing the 11-strong Sheffield team on a day-to-day basis.

“He will now continue to build on this success and help drive our ambitious growth plans in Sheffield, whilst also continuing to roll out our impressive digital software solutions for clients.”

He added: “Olivia is very capable and phenomenally hard-working member of our team. A safe pair of hands, her determination to deliver the highest quality of service is inspirational.

Hentons employs a team of 120 across offices in Leeds, Sheffield, York, Thirsk, and London.
