CABA has announced a new partnership with Sleepstation, a digital service which aims to offer its members and their close families who are struggling with their sleep, a personalised plan and individual support.

The partnership falls in line with the charities continued commitment to support its members across the UK and abroad with their wellbeing as the impact of the pandemic continues.

Kelly Feehan, services director at CABA, said: “Having looked ahead to a fresh start in 2021, it looks as though that might finally start to become a reality around the start of Q2. However, we’ve found once again that frustration, anxiety and stress levels are continuing to build and release from lockdown will not fix all the issues it has created.

“With uncertainty around a ‘new normal’ still ahead it’s never been more important that we all take care of our wellbeing – both mental and physical – and we at CABA are ready to help with that challenge.”

By the end of 2020, CABA had launched both Qwell and Kooth, two online mental health support services that provide 24-hour access to counselling, self-help materials, goal-setting and mood-tracking tools, and free support from qualified counsellors.

Alison Gardiner, CEO and founder of Sleepstation, added: “We believe that everyone deserves to sleep well and are committed to addressing the rising problem of poor sleep. We know that, with the right support and guidance, even those with very severe sleep problems can sleep naturally again.

“We’re thrilled that CABA recognises the value of sleep and the personal approach that we provide to support people to sleep better.’
