Moore Kingston Smith has advised marketing agency We Are Collider on its sale to brand experience agency group The Strata Group.

The transaction sees We Are Collider join The Strata Group, which is backed by private equity firm Ethos Partners and is expanding its presence in the experiential marketing sector. The deal follows The Strata Group’s acquisition of agency Wonderland in January 2026.

Founded by Anton Jerges, chief executive, We Are Collider specialises in experience-led marketing across the esports, gaming and consumer engagement sectors, delivering immersive brand experiences and experiential marketing campaigns for clients.

Moore Kingston Smith’s corporate finance team advised the shareholders of We Are Collider throughout the transaction, providing strategic and transaction support from pre-sale preparation through to completion. The advisory team was led by Paul Winterflood, media corporate finance partner, and Holly Taylor, manager, with tax support provided by Dave Coates, partner, and Sam Talbot, manager.

Winterflood said: “Collider’s built an impressive position within the experiential space, combining strong creative capabilities with a clear reputation for delivering high-quality work for top brands. It’s been a pleasure working with Collider to guide them in achieving their aspirations. This transaction marks an exciting evolution for the business and positions the team well to continue growing as part of Strata, advancing their shared ambition to deliver high-quality work for clients through an integrated offering across one seamless network.”
