Mark Webb, head of business tax, said: “Imran’s appointment is another important step in the continued growth of our business tax practice. His deep expertise in transfer pricing and experience advising mid‑market and private equity‑backed businesses will be highly valuable to our clients as they navigate international expansion and increasing complexity in the global tax landscape. We are delighted to welcome him to S&W.”
Khan added: “I’m very pleased to be joining S&W at such an exciting time and keen to help grow our already strong business tax practice. Over the years, I have supported businesses across a wide range of industries, and in recent years have focused on helping mid‑market businesses build scalable and sustainable approaches to transfer pricing as they grow internationally.
“My approach is always to understand what clients need and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions. I’m looking forward immensely to working with colleagues across the firm to best support our clients’ ambitions.”
