James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance has advised TPA Capital on its partnership with built environment consultancy Lysander Associates.
The advisory team, led by director Jack Griggs and supported by Mark Cheung, said the investment aims to support the Lysander Associates management team to accelerate growth across its disciplines, geographies and end markets.
The partnership will see Lysander Associates continue to oversee the business while supporting its next phase of growth.
Lysander Associates provides project management, cost management, building surveying and advisory services for construction projects. The firm primarily serves clients in the industrial, logistics, and data centre markets.
