Cooper Parry has launched Cooper Parry Digital, an integrated technology proposition aimed at mid-market companies. 

The division focuses on digital consultancy, data, AI and cyber security to help businesses manage transformational change and commercial risk.

The launch represents one of the firm’s core growth pillars alongside professional services and wealth. 

The company stated that the new unit addresses a gap in the UK market where mid-sized firms are often underserved by large consultancies or restricted by fragmented point solutions.

The division employs more than 200 specialists and holds partnerships with global platforms, including Salesforce and NetSuite. 

The team includes former chief information officers and digital transformation leaders who provide strategic advice and hands-on delivery to clients such as Revolut and GoCardless.

Cooper Parry Digital was formally established following an internal event on 30 April 2026. This milestone integrated several specialist digital businesses, some of which were acquired by the firm over the past year, into a single connected capability.

Ade Cheatham, chief executive of Cooper Parry, said: “The UK mid-market is the powerhouse of our economy, yet when it comes to high-quality transformative advice it has been chronically underserved. Large consultancies focus on the very biggest organisations, while smaller providers tend to offer narrow, disconnected solutions.”

Asif Ahmed, managing director of Cooper Parry Digital, added: “AI strategy, cyber risk and digital platforms have moved away from being a conversation about ‘technology’ but rather a business critical priority to drive value. Cooper Parry Digital exists to make this real and practical.”

Mark Lockton, digital partner, concluded: “One of the biggest challenges for mid-market leaders is having to stitch together technology advice from multiple specialists who rarely see the whole picture.
