Forvis Mazars is set to move its Manchester office to The Aviary in Manchester City Centre, with the office officially opening in September 2026.
The firm said the relocation is designed to provide a “modern, collaborative workspace for its rapidly growing team”.
Currently operating from One St Peter’s Square, Forvis Mazars is expanding its presence in the region, relocating the team to approximately 26,000 sq ft of premium office space at The Aviary.
The move more than doubles the size of the firm’s current footprint and comes as a direct result of “exceptional growth” in Manchester.
The Aviary is said to be one of Manchester’s most sustainable and digitally advanced commercial spaces, designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, NABERS five-star rating, WiredScore Platinum, and EPC A.
Steve Abbott, Manchester Office managing partner at Forvis Mazars in the UK, said: “Our move to The Aviary is about creating a space that matches the ambition and energy of our Manchester team of over 400 people led by 20 partners.
“This new office gives us room to grow, collaborate, and innovate at scale. The addition of an innovation lab means we can work side by side with clients to tackle their biggest challenges and unlock new opportunities for their businesses.”
Gareth Jones, partner and head of growth at Forvis Mazars in the UK, added: “Manchester is a dynamic, thriving business hub, and The Aviary gives us the space and facilities to match that energy. By investing in this new office, we’re reinforcing our commitment to the North West and ensuring businesses here have access to the expertise and innovation they need to succeed.”
