Advancetrack has announced the appointment of two senior staff members, Louise Walpole and Paul Frith, to its sales team as the company continues to expand its global operations.

Walpole joins the accountancy outsourcing specialist from Moneypenny, where she spent nine years as head of the financial sector. She has more than 25 years of experience in implementing communication solutions and live chat services for accountancy practices.

Meanwhile, Frith joins as sales manager, having previously served 15 years at the University of Law before moving to a senior role at legal and tax IT provider LexisNexis.

In her new role, Walpole will be responsible for leading the sales strategy for Advancetrack and focus on growing the brand in the UK, US and Australia. Frith will also work alongside her to manage existing client relationships and provide outsourcing and offshoring solutions.

Vipul Sheth, managing director of Advancetrack, said: “Bringing Louise and Paul on board is an important step forward as we continue our growth plans. They both bring deep sector expertise and a shared focus on building trusted, long-term relationships with accountancy practices.

“As demand for high-quality outsourced services continues to rise, strengthening our sales leadership is critical to supporting our clients’ ambitions in the UK and internationally.”

Walpole said: “Having worked closely with accountancy firms for many years, I understand the pressures they face and the importance of choosing the right partners. I’m excited to be joining a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business where I can help drive sustainable growth and support practices in delivering the best outcomes for their clients.”

Frith added: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining Advancetrack. What stood out to me is how closely the team works with clients, acting as a genuine extension of their firm. I’m looking forward to building on those relationships and helping more practices understand how outsourcing, when done properly, can support resilience and growth.”
