Accountancy and tax advisory firm HaysMac has promoted four staff to partner, effective from 1 October 2025.

The appointments of David Bareham, Mike Crowson, Sabina Burke and Tom Stock bring additional expertise across share schemes, audit and tax, and reflect the firm’s focus on developing leadership from within.

Bareham specialises in employee share schemes and incentives, working with both start-ups and established organisations.

Crowson, who trained at a Big Four firm, advises private equity-backed and listed clients, particularly in technology and life sciences.

Meanwhile, Burke, co-head of the firm’s creative, media and technology sector, has more than 20 years of tax experience and works with high-growth businesses.

Stock leads HaysMac’s audit technical team, focusing on listed audits and regulatory change.

The promotions follow a year in which HaysMac rebranded and was named among the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 – Big Organisation list for the second consecutive year.

The firm was also recognised in the “Best Places to Work for Women” category and included in eprivateclient’s Top Accountancy Firms 2024 list.

Natasha Frangos, managing partner, said: “I’m thrilled to welcome David, Mike, Sabina and Tom into the partner group. Each of them brings exceptional talent and dedication, enhancing our ability to deliver outstanding service across all sectors. Their leadership will be instrumental as we drive forward with our ambitious growth plans.”
