Mercer and Hole has announced that it has promoted Andrew Dean to the role of audit and business advisory partner.

Dean joined the firm in 2016 as a newly qualified accountant and has built a “strong and growing” portfolio, working closely with startups, high-growth owner-managed businesses and groups with an international presence primarily in the hospitality, retail, and real estate sectors. He also sits on the firm’s audit quality and technical committee.

Dean said: “Mercer and Hole brings a compelling offer to our clients. We have a strong team managing complex and international audits, yet we are small enough to care – every client is important to us.

“We take great pride in the relationships we build with our clients, and our clients value the personal approach to our audit offering. I am thrilled to be promoted to Partner and look forward to working closely with my colleagues to continue to grow and shape the future of the audit practice and the firm.”

Andy Turner, audit partner Mercer and Hole, added: “Andrew is a valued and widely respected colleague and has played an important role in the growth and development of our market-leading audit practice. We are delighted to announce his promotion to partner, and we look forward to his continued contribution to the future of the firm.”

Mercer and Hole has 28 partners and more than 250 staff across its offices in London, St Albans, Rickmansworth, and Milton Keynes.
