Xeinadin has established a new office in Cardiff, bringing together three long-established local firms to form a single and integrated hub.
Serving as Xeinadin’s flagship office in South Wales, the new base will “make it easier for SMEs to access relevant advice from people who understand the region”, according to the firm.
The hub will support a range of SME sectors, with a strong focus on construction, hospitality, professional services, and healthcare.
With 70 team members currently, the firm said there is “space to grow beyond 100” and recruitment is underway to grow the team further.
The launch forms part of Xeinadin’s wider regional strategy, which focuses on combining “strong local leadership” with access to the firm’s wider network of national expertise, “enabling SMEs to get the support they need, in a way that’s genuinely useful to them”.
Sian Lloyd, hub managing partner at Xeinadin, said: “This new office brings together the strengths of three firms that have been part of the fabric of the Cardiff business community for decades. It means clients can now get everything they need in one place and with extra expertise, without making the process more complicated.
“The businesses we work with want to speak to someone who understands the local environment and who they can reach easily when something changes. That’s exactly what we’re here to provide and what we’ve built this hub to offer.”
