RSM UK has announced the appointment of Eoin Gribben as its new business transformation director in Manchester, as part of the firm’s growing national consulting team.

Gribben joins with over 13 years of experience from KPMG, where he spent the last 10 years in deal advisory working with large corporates and private equity companies across a range of industries.

He specialises in technology due diligence and complex divestment programmes, helping businesses leverage technology to enhance their business value and manage risk during all stages of a deal.

At RSM UK, one of Gribben’s key leadership areas will be to lead the business transformation team’s technology deal services area, which includes due diligence, integration and separation support, strategy and value creation, and risk and cost reduction solutions.

Gribben said: “It’s brilliant to have joined RSM UK at such an exciting time. There is so much opportunity to help businesses better articulate and realise the value of their technology.

“I’m looking forward to taking our technology due diligence and advisory services to the next level, bringing the best of our experienced and authentic advice to our clients, and establishing RSM UK as the leading technology adviser in the middle market.”

Joel Segal, partner and head of business transformation at RSM UK, added: “Eoin brings a wealth of experience to our business transformation offering and he will play a key role leading our technology due diligence and advisory services.

“This is necessary for many of our clients looking to evolve their digital, data and risk capabilities, especially in the deal context, and I’m excited to see Eoin and the team help our clients assess and implement new technologies to support their strategic business needs.”
