Xeinadin, the professional services groups operating in the UK and Ireland, has appointed Chantelle Grobler as its new CFO.

Grobler will play a pivotal role in supporting Xeinadin’s ambitious growth plans in becoming the “most trusted advisor for founder-owned businesses”.

With over 15 years of experience in leading successful financial teams across global taxation, risk, legal and IT, Xeinadin said Grobler has a “deep understanding of how to link strategic objectives with the financial goals of a business”.

It added she has extensive expertise that covers all facets of finance, from mergers and acquisitions to capital investment analysis, forecasting and financial modelling.

Derry Crowley, CEO of Xeinadin, said: “An analytical and results-driven professional, Chantelle has a distinguished track record in leading financial teams to success across the globe. We look forward to bringing Chantelle into the fold and the value she will bring to us and clients, pushing forward with our ambitious growth plans.”

Xeinadin continued its rapid M&A led-growth in February 2024 with the acquisition of David Cadwallader and Co, the 18th announcement of expansion within the last two years.
