BK Plus acquires Andorran

BK Plus has announced the acquisition of Andorran Chartered Accountants, based out of Manor Business Centre in Cheltenham.

Following the acquisition, the group has moved into a new office in the Gloucestershire region.

Andorran was established in 1998 and is now led by Roger Downes. The firm has grown substantially with 15 staff and is regarded as “one of the leading” independent firms in the county.
