Catriona Campbell, EY’s UK and Ireland Chief Technology and Innovation leader, has been awarded an MBE in the new year’s honours list.
Campbell, who has spent more than 20 years working in technology design, R&D and Artificial Intelligence (AI), was recognised for her services to technology and innovation.
She has been a partner at EY since 2018 and currently works with clients across the public and private sectors to help them “harness the power of technology” in their organisation.
She has led the development of EY’s AI services in the UK and worked with clients, policymakers, and other industry leaders to explore the benefits of this new technology.
Cambell said: “I’ve spent over 20 years working in the technology sector and have had the privilege of working with some fantastic colleagues, clients and their teams on the development and implementation of emerging technologies such as AI. To be awarded with an MBE in recognition of this work is a tremendous honour and one of the highlights of my career so far.”
Hywel Ball, EY’s UK chair, added: “Catriona has been a driving force in the development of EY’s technology services for clients, in areas such as AI, and has a wealth of experience in the sector. I am delighted that she has been recognised with this honour.”
