FRP Corporate Finance has advised private equity firm, Inspirit Capital on the acquisition of skin and body care solutions brand, This Works, from Canopy Growth Corporation.

This Works offers a range of high-quality natural skincare and sleep solution products to consumers.

It has launched several category defining sleep products and has remained at the forefront of trends in skincare and wellness since 2003.

Inspirit Capital is a London-based investment firm that specialises in acquiring businesses that are no longer core to their parent company’s strategic objectives.

FRP Corporate Finance was appointed as adviser to support Inspirit throughout the transaction, offering particular insight, knowledge and expertise in the beauty and wellness sector.

The team was led by partner Victoria Kisseleva and supported by senior manager Chris King, senior manager Madhavi Morjaria and assistant manager Satnaam Virdee.
