EY relocates to new Cambridge office amid growth plans
The move will coincide with the end of EY’s lease at One Cambridge Business Park where it has been based for nearly two decades
EY has announced that it is relocating to a new office in Cambridge as part of the continued long-term growth investment plan for the business.
The new office will be located at One Cambridge Square in the mixed-use urban Cambridge North masterplan being brought forward by the Chesterton Partnership.
The move will coincide with the end of EY’s lease at One Cambridge Business Park where it has been based for nearly two decades. The team is expected to complete the relocation in spring 2024.
EY’s Cambridge office employs nearly 200 people across assurance, tax, consulting and core business services.
The new office space will occupy 10,000 ft of the fourth floor. It has been designed to support EY’s approach to a hybrid working model with more areas for in-person collaboration and technology-enabled meeting rooms.
In addition, the building is BREEAM ‘excellent’ with LED lighting throughout – a move which aligns with the firm’s goal to become net zero by 2025.

The way in which people work has changed and as such, the spaces in which they occupy need to change as well. The countdown has begun to move next spring and we look forward to welcoming both our employees and clients to our new home.”
