TMF Group acquires Contexpert in Romania
The acquisition is part of TMF Group’s efforts to further expand its presence in the South-Eastern European market
TMF Group has announced its acquisition of Contexpert, a Romanian firm that specialises in accounting, inventory, tax and payroll services.
The acquisition is part of TMF Group’s efforts to further expand its presence in the South-Eastern European market, having recently acquired Premier Consulting SA in Greece and Avanzia Taxand Ltd in Malta.
Contexpert is ranked among the top accounting firms by CECCAR, Romania’s Chamber of Certified and Chartered Accountants.
With this acquisition, TMF Group will consolidate its position as an accounting, tax compliance and HR/payroll services leader in the local market, joining the ranks of the top five companies in the local professional services industry.
