FRP Corporate Finance has recently announced the promotions of six employees as part of its latest round of promotions.

Ryan Symonds and James Cooper, both based in the Norwich office, have been promoted to partner

Alex Hunton, also based in Norwich, has been promoted to director while Olivia Norris, Nick Wright (both Corporate Finance) and Karris Giani (Debt Advisory) are now senior managers in the London West End office.

The promotions come as FRP Corporate Finance builds on a successful 2022, where it advised on almost £3bn’s worth of M&A activity.

Major deals in recent months have included CBPE Capital’s investment into Berg Kaprow Lewis LLP, the sale of Powrmatic – a world-renowned HVAC equipment manufacturer – to Carver Group, and the sale of professional audio technology and equipment provider HHB, to Midwich Group.

Jeremy French, chief operating officer at FRP, said: “It’s extremely rewarding to see so many colleagues progressing their career at FRP – seizing on the opportunities presented by our growth and evolution in recent years. We are entering into a critical 12 months for the UK economy, where clients will be relying on us to provide guidance that will shape their prospects and their direction for the future.

“It’s a pleasure to know that they will continue to be guided and supported by some of our industry’s most experienced and promising advisors.”
