Taxassist said its network continues to grow with a new shop at 28 Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2NS.

West Yorkshire-based husband and wife team Dave and Julia Forrester originally set up TaxAssist Accountants in Keighley in 2007, followed by Ilkley in 2011 and Bingley in 2017.

In May 2022 the business became employee owned and now looks after more than 1200 clients predominantly in the Aire and Wharfe valleys.

Chartered accountant and branch manager Vicky Berry said: “With the business going from strength-to-strength and a growing need for our services in the region, it seemed like the right time to look out for a new conveniently placed shop in Skipton and the shop front on Keighley Road is the ideal location.

“We’re delighted by the positive response we’ve had so far, with many new client walk-ins already and our new shop really stands out in the high street. We’re excited to be planning our shop launch party in August to welcome clients and contacts to join us in this celebration.”
