FRP has announced the appointment of Kathryn Fleming as a non-executive director.

It said Fleming, who will sit on the firm’s management board, brings commercial and operational experience to the role, alongside “significant” knowledge of strategy, finance, transformation, technology, and global operations within professional services firms.

A chartered management accountant, she is currently CFO of Control Risks Group, a global risk management consultancy. She is a member of both its board and executive committee and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial performance and strategy across its worldwide operations.

Fleming also sits as a non-executive board member on Seerist Inc, a SaaS based provider of augmented analytics technology. Prior to this, she held senior executive roles at leading professional service firms, including as CFO of law firms Osborne Clarke and Eversheds, and held senior finance positions at Marks and Spencer, Johnson Controls and BT.
