Menzies has earned B Corp certification, joining a global network of more than 10,000 businesses committed to social and environmental performance.
The firm is one of only 37 accountancy practices in the UK to achieve the status.
The certification follows the firm being named by the Sunday Times as one of the best places to work for a third consecutive year.
The independent, partner-led practice stated the accreditation reflects its commitment to balancing commercial success with a positive impact on its staff and the environment.
The firm has recently increased its investment in ESG and sustainability services. This includes the expansion of a specialist advisory team focused on carbon reduction planning, ESG reporting, and supporting other organisations with their own B Corp certification readiness.
