Simpkins Edwards promotes two to director level

South West accountancy firm Simpkins Edwards has announced the promotion of two senior managers to director roles within its Devon-based healthcare and regional business teams.

Exeter-based healthcare specialist Kelly Derham Nester moves to the position of director. Derham Nester joined the firm in 2024 and has worked within the healthcare accounting sector since 2012.

In her new role, Derham Nester will continue to manage internal finance matters for medical practices. She also provides support to GP partners regarding personal tax and NHS pension issues.

Meanwhile, Adam Wosnitzka has also been promoted to director, based in the firm’s Holsworthy office. Wosnitzka joined the North West Devon team in 2018 as a chartered certified accountant.

Wosnitzka, who has since qualified as a chartered tax adviser, manages compliance and advisory requirements for a range of businesses. His remit covers clients across multiple sectors in the region.
