HW Fisher has announced three senior promotions across its audit and tax teams, appointing two new audit partners and a director in its private client tax practice.

Dean Stevens and Rebecca Galbraith-Lowe have both been promoted to partner within the firm’s audit practice, while Neil Maslen has been appointed director in the private client tax team.

Stevens has more than 13 years of audit experience, including eight years at HW Fisher. His work spans sectors including media and entertainment, hospitality, property, professional services and manufacturing. His client work covers statutory accounts, audit and tax support, and wider business advice.

Galbraith-Lowe has trained and qualified at HW Fisher before rejoining the firm five years ago. She has experience working with large international groups and advises clients across sectors including financial services, hospitality and entertainment, manufacturing, retail, construction, healthcare and music. In addition to audit and statutory account preparation, she supports clients on business acquisitions and has responsibility for recruitment and staff development within the audit team.

Meanwhile, Maslen has been promoted to director in the private client tax team, where he advises high-net-worth individuals on UK tax matters. He has more than 10 years of experience in tax, including five years at HM Revenue and Customs.

According to the firm, these promotions reflect growth in its private client practice ahead of legislative changes expected in 2026.

Andrew Rich, managing partner at HW Fisher, said: “I am delighted to get 2026 off to a strong start across our audit and tax practices and announce the promotions of Dean and Rebecca to partners, and Neil to director, reflecting both their professional expertise, but also their commitment to our clients over a number of years served with HW Fisher.

“These promotions not only highlight our strategic investment in developing talent but also enhance our ability to offer specialist and tailored solutions to our client base, continuing to deliver the very highest standards of service.”

HW Fisher is part of the Sumer Group, which ranks among the UK’s top 12 accountancy practices.
