Cooper Parry has announced that it has launched a brand-new London hub at Broadwalk House, Shoreditch.

The 17,000+ square feet of the fifth floor of Broadwalk House on Appold Street will be home to over 300 people, including members of CP’s Tech & High Growth team, alongside specialists in audit, law and tax .

The new London hub is part of Cooper Parry’s growing network of seven superhubs across the UK.

It features a number of workspaces including; touchdown- for flexible, drop-in working,
Secret Garden- a calm, private zone for deep focus and Field of Dreams – the beating heart of the hub, with full desking, second screens.

The company took insights from its latest workplace assessment and has installed more meeting rooms, quiet zones and social spaces, upgraded tech, a wellness room, extra desks and touchdown spots, an event space and grab and go lunch options from day one.

Steve Leith, regional market leader for London and South and head of tech and high growth, said: “This space is the result of five years of belief, hustle, and momentum. It’s not just an office – it’s a reflection of how we work, how we collaborate, and how we treat each other. From six desks in WeWork to 300+ in Shoreditch , this hub marks a huge moment for CP in London – and sets the stage for everything we’re building next.

“It’s also a game-changer for our clients. By bringing our experts together in one space, we’re creating more opportunities to collaborate, challenge thinking, and deliver specialist value. It’s a space that helps our people thrive – and when they do, our clients feel it.”

In December 2024, Cooper Parry’s growth was further accelerated by partnering with New York-based Lee Equity Partners. The firm’s turnover is now £250m+.
