Leonard Curtis has secured a funding deal for Staffordshire-based practice Bradleys to acquire Ballance and Lowbridge Accountants.

Bradleys, established in 1991 and based in Hednesford, provides tax and accountancy services to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a range of sectors.

Ballance and Lowbridge, launched in 1990, has built a client base across multiple industries.

The funding team at Leonard Curtis, led by Craig Jones, secured a six-figure loan with Funding Circle, enabling the deal to complete within eight weeks.

Phil Bradley, managing director of Bradleys, said: “This is a key strategic acquisition for us as our practice continues to expand. We have known the team behind Ballance and Lowbridge for many years and the timing was ideal for both businesses. The Leonard Curtis team were excellent throughout, helping to ensure the deal was completed quickly and efficiently.”

Jones added: “This is a well-aligned, strategic purchase for Bradleys so we were delighted to work with them to deliver a funding solution that allowed the deal to progress smoothly, navigating the complex funding market to secure the right solution for our client.”
