Accountancy and advisory firm Kreston Reeves has partnered with training provider Attensi to introduce gamified learning across its workforce.
The firm, ranked among the UK’s top 35 accountancy practices, will use Attensi’s suite of digital tools to modernise staff training, including platforms designed for onboarding, leadership development and personal effectiveness.
Attensi’s Engage platform will act as a hub for training resources, while its Skills modules deliver short, scenario-based exercises intended to build confidence through immersive practice.
The firm will also use Creator, a tool that allows internal teams to develop and update training content without specialist coding skills.
The new approach will help reduce reliance on classroom-based training while improving engagement and long-term retention.
The system also provides data to measure outcomes and track return on investment.
Kreston Reeves, which holds B Corp certification, has offices across London and the South East and provides services in audit, tax, wealth management and business advisory.
Susan Chadwich, people director at Kreston Reeves, said: “Partnering with Attensi allows us to deliver engaging, scalable and effective learning that supports our values and helps our teams thrive in a fast-changing world.”
Thomas Niven, managing director of Attensi, added: “Their commitment to innovation and people development aligns perfectly with our mission to empower organisations through impactful, gamified learning.”
