FRP Corporate Finance has announced the appointment of director Jessica Ring to lead its national private equity work and strengthen ties with investors in the lower mid-market.
Ring has more than 10 years of investment experience, joining from MML Capital Partners where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating platform investments and managing portfolio assets.
She previously held the same role at private equity firm Dunedin and worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture, specialising in financial services, business services and industrials.
In 2024, FRP advised on more than 50 private equity deals with a combined value of over £1.3bn. Ring will be based in London and work with teams across the firm’s UK offices to expand investor relationships, source new opportunities and support sponsor-led activity.
Ring said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining FRP Corporate Finance, with the business at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. There’s a real opportunity to build on the firm’s growing presence in the private equity industry and provide meaningful support to both investors and businesses alike.
“Private equity activity remains resilient and, with competition for deals high, having the right insight and relationships is more important than ever. I’m looking forward to working with the wider team to engage the investor community across the UK and support them in delivering their investment strategies.”
Jeremy French, chief operating officer of FRP, added: “Jessica’s appointment reflects our ambition to further strengthen our relationships with the private equity community and expand our reach across the lower mid-market.
“Her experience and network will be instrumental as we scale our capabilities and continue building momentum in the space. Our national presence, combined with deep regional knowledge, gives us a unique advantage – and Jessica is a perfect fit to help us unlock that potential.”
