Xeinadin has announced the appointment of Victoria Dadswell and Clare Fisher to the roles of tax partner and senior tax manager at its office in Lancaster.
Both Dadswell and Fisher join the accountancy and business advisory firm with more than 20 years of experience in the profession.
Dadswell qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2006. Her previous roles include senior positions at Moore and Smalley and MHA. She specialises in advising owner-managed businesses and private clients on tax structuring, inheritance tax, succession planning and employee share schemes.
Meanwhile, Fisher has focused on tax advisory services for the past decade, following earlier experience in personal and corporate compliance. Her expertise includes capital tax planning, business restructuring and acquisitions.
James Cornthwaite, area managing partner for Lancaster at Xeinadin, said: “SMEs face a myriad of hurdles and complexities when it comes to tax planning, from evolving inheritance tax rules to succession pressures. Our clients require in-depth, practical advice to help them navigate these issues.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Victoria and Clare to our tax team. They bring deep technical knowledge and regional insight that will strengthen our local support for SME clients across Lancashire and beyond.”
Dadswell said: “Joining Xeinadin reflects a continued commitment to supporting SMEs with specialist tax planning. I’ve worked arm in arm with SMEs across South Cumbria and Lancashire for many years and I’m looking forward to helping local businesses manage change, adapt and grow through informed and proactive advice.”
Fisher added: “Xeinadin’s approach to solving complex challenges for local businesses and its commitment to delivering high quality client success is what drew me to the firm. Since joining, I’ve particularly enjoyed the breadth of work and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients across Lancashire.”
